These Terms of Use outline the rules governing the NextView website and the conditions under which our services are provided. We encourage you to read these terms carefully before using our website.

§ 1. General Provisions

  • 1. These Terms and Conditions of the “NextView” online service (hereinafter: the “Terms” or “NextView Terms”) define the rules for the provision of services by the Administrator - NextView spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) with its registered office in Rzeszów, at ul. Staromiejska 69, 35-231 Rzeszów, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001153989, NIP (Tax ID): 8133928188, REGON: 540842442, with share capital of PLN 5,000 - within the online service “NextView,” available at https://nextview.com.pl and its subpages.
  • 2. The NextView Terms are made available free of charge to every User at https://nextview.com.pl, prior to the commencement of using the Service, in a way that allows the User to obtain, save, and reproduce them in the telecommunication system used by the User.
  • 3. Acceptance of the Terms is a prerequisite for using the Service`s functionalities. Users accept the Terms during registration or at their first login.
  • 4. These Terms constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Administrator and the User regarding the use of the Service.

§ 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall mean:

  • 1. Administrator - the entity managing and operating the online service “NextView”: NextView sp. z o.o., ul. Staromiejska 69, 35-231 Rzeszów, NIP: 8133928188, KRS: 0001153989, REGON: 540842442, e-mail: info@nextview.com.pl.
  • 2. Service - the NextView system available at https://nextview.com.pl, enabling time tracking, project planning, leave request management, resource planning, and other functions described in these Terms.
  • 3. User - a natural person or a person acting on behalf of a business entity, holding an Account in the Service or using its functionalities.
  • 4. Account - the User`s individual space in the Service that allows the use of the functionalities of the NextView system.
  • 5. Services - electronic services provided by the Administrator through the Service, including but not limited to:
    • registration and reporting of working time,
    • project and task management,
    • resource planning,
    • handling of leave and remote work requests,
    • budget monitoring and KPI reporting,
    • integration with external systems.
  • 6. Business Day - a day from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

§ 3. Rules of Use

  • 1. The use of the Service is possible after creating an Account.
  • 2. The User is obliged to provide true and accurate information during registration and to update this information in case of any changes.
  • 3. The NextView Service is intended for use in professional activities or within an organization with which the User is affiliated.
  • 4. It is prohibited to use the Service in a manner inconsistent with the law, good practices, or these Terms, in particular:
    • attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Users` data,
    • undertaking activities that may disrupt the operation of the system,
    • using the Service for purposes inconsistent with its intended use.

§ 4. Registration and Account

  • 1. Registration in the Service is voluntary but required to access full functionalities.
  • 2. The registration process requires:
    • acceptance of the Terms and the privacy policy,
    • providing the required contact details,
    • activating the account via a link sent to the User`s e-mail address.
  • 3. The User is obliged to protect their access data (login and password). The Administrator is not responsible for the consequences of disclosing such data to third parties.
  • 4. Account deletion results in the irreversible deletion of the User`s data, subject to applicable legal requirements regarding data retention.

§ 5. Scope and Nature of Services

  • 1. The Service enables, among others:
    • tracking and logging of working time,
    • project and task management,
    • budget and project cost control,
    • planning leaves, remote work, and other absences,
    • planning and forecasting team resources,
    • generating KPI reports and analytics.
  • 2. The scope of functionalities available to the User may depend on the selected package or the terms of an individual agreement with the Administrator.
  • 3. Integrations with external systems (e.g., YouTrack) are available in accordance with technical documentation and security requirements.

§ 6. Technical Requirements

  • 1. To use the Service, the following are required: an Internet-enabled device, an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Opera), and enabled cookies and JavaScript.
  • 2. The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions in access to the Service resulting from causes beyond its control, including failures of the User`s network or equipment.

§ 7. Personal Data Protection

  • 1. The Administrator of personal data is NextView sp. z o.o., ul. Staromiejska 69, 35-231 Rzeszów.
  • 2. Users` personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws and the privacy policy available in the Service.
  • 3. The User has the right to access, correct, request deletion, or limit the processing of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulations.

§ 8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • 1. All rights to the Service, including its name, logo, software, graphic layout, and functional elements, belong to the Administrator.
  • 2. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using elements of the Service without the Administrator`s consent is prohibited.

§ 9. Complaints

  • 1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Service may be submitted:
    • by e-mail: info@nextview.com.pl
    • in writing: NextView sp. z o.o., ul. Staromiejska 69, 35-231 Rzeszów.
  • 2. The Administrator undertakes to review complaints within 14 business days from their receipt.

§ 10. Administrator`s Liability

  • 1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Service operates continuously and securely.
  • 2. The Administrator is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Service by the User or from reasons attributable to external Internet service providers.

§ 11. Final Provisions

  • 1. These Terms are effective as of the date of publication in the Service.
  • 2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  • 3. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms. Changes become effective on the date specified in the publication, not earlier than 14 days from the publication of the updated Terms.
